GoHighLevel SaaS Mode and White-Labelling Explained
Separate the branding you want from the subscription service you intend to operate.

What is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?
HighLevel’s pricing FAQ describes SaaS Mode as a way to sell software subscriptions from your website, set your own prices, and have client accounts created automatically. The monthly Agency Pro card lists SaaS Mode and automated sub-account creation at $497/month.
Our buying interpretation: evaluate it when your offer includes ongoing software access that customers subscribe to. First write down what access and service you will provide. A subscription-management capability does not answer who supports customers or what your offer should contain.
White-labelling is a separate question
The official FAQ says you can use custom domains for funnels and websites and white-label the desktop web app so clients see your logo and branding. That describes presentation. SaaS Mode describes selling subscriptions and creating accounts. Do not use the two labels interchangeably when specifying a purchase.
The branding FAQ does not assign desktop white-labelling to a specific tier. Confirm eligibility for the exact plan you intend to buy instead of treating this general FAQ as a plan-by-plan entitlement table.
The pricing page separately lists a white-label mobile app as an optional $497/month add-on. That amount is listed separately from the $497/month Agency Pro subscription. Do not assume the mobile app is included merely because the two displayed amounts match. Confirm the add-on’s requirements and final quote if mobile branding is part of your proposal.
Which plan distinctions matter?
- Starter: the monthly card lists $97 and three sub-accounts.
- Unlimited: the monthly card lists $297, unlimited sub-accounts, and phone and email rebilling without markup.
- Agency Pro: the monthly card lists $497, everything in Unlimited, SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, and phone and email rebilling with markup.
These are published product distinctions, not a recommendation to buy the highest tier. If your immediate requirement is client account capacity, evaluate that requirement separately from subscription sales. Rebilling features also do not remove the underlying usage costs: HighLevel flags charges for email, SMS, calling, and certain AI services.
Define the service before configuring it
Our suggested preparation is to draft a one-page service specification: included access, onboarding work, support contact, usage charges, and how a customer can leave. Decide who will explain a bill and investigate a failed workflow. These are operating choices to make before you offer subscriptions.
Then ask for a demonstration of the full customer path you need: subscription purchase, account creation, login branding, usage billing, and cancellation. Record which steps you have verified and which still need provider confirmation. This guide describes the official offering; it is not a configuration tutorial or a tested payment-provider setup.
Questions to settle before upgrading
- Do you need branded desktop access, a mobile app, subscription sales, or a combination?
- Which plan and add-ons cover that exact combination?
- How will the payment setup, customer billing, and usage charges work for your offer?
- Who owns support and the customer’s exit process?
